The kit is replaces the worn O-rings (2) on the primer pump used on non-fuel injected engine installations. The primer seals frequently are not re-lubricated until someone complains the primer isn't working or the engine is hard starting. This is most evident by the pump being hard or stiff to operate. Generally speaking, by the time the pump stops performing, the seals are worn (to the point that lube is of little value) and must be replaced.

Well worth the money. Kit makes your primer system work like new! I recommend lubricating the o-rings every few months, or as soon as any resistance is felt.
Saved my primer. Works great. Lubricate primer plunger often for years of continued use.
What are the dimensions of the o-rings in this Primer Overhaul Kit? I have a Lukenheimer primer on a Cessna 140.
The dims are as follows: 3/8" I.D. x 1/2" O.D. x 1/16" cross width of o-ring.
FYI: I just measured the O-rings on an Essex primer. They are the same dimension as the O-rings in this kit.
