Why the DynaVibe GX2?
Most vibration problems can be mitigated by simple propeller balancing. But some require a more in-depth analysis to determine the root cause of vibration issues. The spectral analysis capabilities of the DynaVibe GX2 helps identify and the frequencies of vibration which are indicative of the sources of vibration problems.
A properly balanced engine installation offers a number of advantages over unbalanced equipment. The most significant advantage is in the longevity of components associated with the power plant. In many cases high vibration levels have led to premature failure of critical engine components. Engine accessories, engine mounts, firewalls, and instruments are also susceptible to vibration damage and premature failure.

Would this Dynavibe GX2 unit be suitable to do balancing on gyrocopter rotors as well, and what would the minimum speed be that it can operate from?
Per the manufacturer: The GX2 works great on gyro copters. The GX2 works down to 300 RPM, but we can modify that down to 200 RPM if the customer has a slow-rotor Gyro. The standard speed range is 300-12000 RPM.
Is this Dynavibe GX2 suitable for balancing standard helicopter main rotor and tail rotor?
