These antennas are essentially the same with the exception of the overall length and the matching devices with the com antenna being installed vertically and the nav antenna being installed horizontally. VSWR is less than 2:1 over their respective frequency bands. The outer ends of these antennas may be swept to +/-30 degrees to facilitate installation in various aircraft types.
