The Gretz Aero GA-TB is a very small audio tone generator used to make an audio annoucement through your headset advising of a user selected function. This warning tone can be used to get your attention for one of a variety of events. Examples of uses are: Clock alarm, gear warning, canopy not latched, door not latched, engine monitor function out of tolerance, low oil pressure, low voltage, stall warning, GPS generated warning, or one of many other warning uses.

The Gretz Aero GA-TB puts out an audio tone with a closure of contacts in a user installed switch, or an internal switch in a device like a clock or other device. This contact closure switch can be used to supply + voltage to the Tone Board, or the switch can be used to supply a ground source for the Tone Board. It is your choice.

As you can see in the  photo, the Warning Tone Generator is very small. It can be mounted to any flat surface with one screw through the circuit board through the provided mounting hole. To insulate the circuit board from ship ground a provided non-conductive gasket is required to be placed between the backside of the circuit board and the conductive structure it is mounted on.

The GA-TB will work with either 12 or 24 volt systems.

The Gretz Aero GA-AM Audio Mixer is a must have economical item if you have two or more audio sources in your aircraft. If you do not want to install a very costly and panel-space-hungry audio panel, the GA-AM is for you. The GA-AM is light, small and mighty for what it does. It can be mounted out of sight behind the panel in any convenient location. Up to nine audio sources can be fed into this device. These audio sources could come from your com radio, a second com radio, your nav radio, GPS, marker beacon, or warning devices. You can even have music into your headset from your stereo CD player however it will be  monaural . All that is needed is a music player like a portable CD player, an ipod, or stereo radio source. The two stereo channels are fed into the Audio Mixer by using two of the Audio Mixer's nine audio inputs.

The nine audio sources are correctly merged by way of active electronics into one output inside of the GA-AM Audio Mixer. Each source can be independently adjusted for the desired volume level.  The mixed audio output level is also adjustable. Once the levels you want are set within the mixer, you can control the volume of each audio source with that device's volume control. --No panel switches or controls  to clutter up your panel.--  An audio mixer is necessary when two or more audio sources are summed into one to prevent distortion and/or load-down of one or more of the audio source devices.

The GA-AM will work with both 12 and 24 volt systems.

The GA-AM comes with instructions for mounting and installation. All connections to the Audio Mixer are through a 25 pin sub-D connector with crimp and poke pins, which are supplied.
