Bad Elf plugs into the bottom of the iPad or iPhone and includes a USB port which can be used to sync and charge the iPad or iPhone. Furnished with a detachable lanyard. Note: The Bad Elf GPS receiver (13-10273) for Apple devices is experiencing compatibility issues with IOS 8.3. We recommend waiting until Apple released IOS 8.4 if you wish to continue use of this product. If you have already updated to IOS 8.3, we do not recommend purchasing this product until IOS 8.4 is released.

Will this work with iPhone 4S and the iPad 3?
Yes, as this uses the older style port. This will not work on the iPhone 5 or iPad 4 as both of those units use the smaller lightning port.
Will this work with a non-cellular iPad Mini 2?
No. This uses the original 30 pin style apple connector. The iPad Mini 2 uses the lightning connector. Since this unit requires a physical connection, these 2 devices will be incompatible. Part # 13-14960 is the correct Bad Elf for the iPad Mini 2.
