8130-3 forms are for exporting certified units out side of the country. If you are installing this within the USA a 8130-3 is not needed. Does this unit also replace the Narco MK-12D TSO unit?
Per manufacturer: No, this is not a replacement for the Narco MK-12D. Are these units (TKM MX-11) new or reconditioned?
Yes the MX 11 we sell are new units.
