The CM 4201 offers 760 channels in the 118.000 MHzto 136.975 MHZ frequency range with channel spacing of 25 kHz, and has an output power of 5 - 7 Watts carrier (16 W PEP) with 99 channel memories. Both enable voice communications on 760 channels in the 118.000 MHz to 136.975 MHz frquency range with a channel spacing of 25 kHz. The mechanical construction of the Control Unit is such that it can be installed without limitation in aircraft. There is no restriction with regard to installation in the instrument panel or installation by rigid attachment to the fuselage in any aircraft, including rotary wing aircraft, in the verified environmental categories. AV-534 Rod-type Bent Whip VHF Antenna for the AR 4201 composed of stainless steel with an insulator & mounting hardware. Operates at the 118-136 MHz frequency range. 1K043 Temperature Sensor for the AR 4201. Measures 8 feet in length.     CU 5401 The CU 5401 - ( ) control unit is designed for installation in the instrument panel of aircraft. The dimensions of the unit correspond to the ARINC standard for instruments. All controls are located on the front panel of the unit. The 15-pole unit connector is mounted on the back of the control unit. The antenna is designed to operate at speeds up to 350 mph and altitudes up to 50,000 ft. It has a drag force of 0.41 lb @ 250 mph.
