Now you can see exactly where you are in real time, using colorful aviation maps. By adding street level maps you can even use the same system for car navigation. Situational awareness comes intuitively with our touch screen technology. VFR pilots will appreciate the moving map software showing airport locations, navigation aids, radio frequencies and runway information. Special use airspace, parachute jumping locations, and man made obstructions are also shown. Tap the picture of the airport to display airport information, tap a navaid icon and frequency information is displayed. The software graphically shows runway diagrams and provides interactive information for the entire US, and option for worldwide maps is also available. An unlimited number of waypoints can also be entered into the system. Additional features include an odometer, bearing information, and distance measuring. Flight planning is made easy and fast and use the E6B calculator program to finish the job. Using the TeleType GPS software offers the pilot both land and air navigation in one convenient, easy to use product.
