(Click image for a larger view) | Get XRX traffic on your Garmin Aera 795 or 796! This cable allows XRX-generated traffic to appear on the Garmin screen similar to the way TIS traffic appears. This simple cable powers both the Garmin unit and the XRX unit from one cigarette plug. From a central "Y" point, generous cabling allows 68" to the cigarette plug, 48" to the Garmin, and 68" to the XRX unit. Uses a single lightweight cable for both power and data transmission.
Does not have an in-line audio jack, which means you will not be able to connect to your audio panel or headset, and will not be able to listen to your XM radio or hear audio traffic and/or terrain warnings. Garmin is currently working on a solution for this issue. Audio out with traffic warnings directly from the XRX will remain available. |
