(Click image for a larger view) | The Art in DVD format. “Formation Flying, The Art “ DVD was originally introduced to the Warbird community in 1993 as a integral part of the FAA Mandated Civilian Formation Training and Credential Program. Subsequent to the videos introduction, the newly formed “ Formation and Safety Training (F.A.S.T.) organization adopted “Formation Flying, The Art” as a cornerstone standard of civilian formation training in conjunction with the “ Formation Flying” manual of the T-34 Association. Currently the video is now the “F.A.S.T.” standard and endorsed by all major Warbird flying organizations such as the EAA / Warbirds of America, North American Trainer Association, T-34 Association and others world wide.
“Formation Flying, The Art” in DVD format has been digitally re-mastered to enhance all the great air to air sequences and retains the video table of contents so useful in researching specific scenes for study and review.
