The "Sticky-Stuff" epoxy ratio pump we have offered for years in our catalog is an economical and practical pump for most homebuilders. For builders and R & D firms needing a more advanced pump, we now offer the MBT Junior. This ratio pump offers two unique advantages; Adjustable patented ratio from 1:1 to 100:1 with a slide bar...change epoxy ratios precisely in 30 seconds, and the user can dispense a partial shot of epoxy and still hold exact ratios. MBT Junior offers simple proportioning, eliminates costly hand-weighing, eliminates guesswork, and delivers accurate proportions with no waste and practically no maintenance. The self-loading gravity feed cylinders will dispense up to 1.1 oz of resin and up to 1.1 oz of hardener on a single stroke, or as little as one drop of each...dispense only what you need. Resin and hardener are dispensed through separate tubes so there is no mixed material in the pump. The pump also increases safety since the user neither touches or inhales the material or fumes during production. Good for use with epoxies, urethanes, and silicone. Not recommended for use with solvents or abrasive filler materials.
