The ALFI (Aircraft LED Flasher Interface) employs the LED's ability to be rapidly flashed to serve in the role of collision avoidance. Intended for continuous inflight use of your aircraft's LED exterior illumination lights, the ALFI system produces flashing sequences that randomly change each two to five seconds, resulting in a highly visible, attention retaining collision avoidance lighting environment from lights previously devoted to illumination. As an illumination appliance the LED is indeed pricey...but, as a potentially life saving collision avoidance tool, it is...priceless! |

- The first consideration: Is your aircraft's electrical system 12 or 24 volts? Secondly: How many installed LED lights will be powered by the system? Lastly: How many switches are installed and to which lights?
- Each ALFI system is accompanied by detailed installation instructions based on the requirements of each aircraft lighting system and instructions for continued airwothiness (ICA) are included in anticipation of timely approval for a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) and/or Part Manufacturing Approval (PMA).
