FlyCool™ is a light-weight, all-electric, air conditioning system developed for the expanding LSA market.

The system includes a maintenance-free, hermetically-sealed, brushless dc motor/compressor, a light-weight condenser assembly and a compact evaporator unit. The AC runs from either a 70 amp alternator specially designed to integrate well with the 912 Rotax engine or from a 28 VDC ground power source. The system weighs only 22 pounds installed.

The evaporator fan speed is fully adjustable. AC mode provides cooling while FAN mode can be used to re-circulate air on cooler days. Each component is protected by a circuit breaker. The evaporator is protected by a freeze switch. The refrigerant plumbing is protected by a hi-lo pressure switch which de-energizes the compressor.

Brushless DC Motor/compressor assembly
Circuit protected relay junction box
Light weight condenser/ fan assembly and a compact evaporator/ fan unit
Kit is supplied with main components, hose with fittings, mating electrical connectors, outline drawings, flight manual, and wiring schematic.
Informational data kit includes installation drawings, operational instructions, and 3D Cad files.

Control Panel - 3 x 2 panel size, 3 way toggle switch, potentiometer and wire harness.
