SunTail™ is designed to perform the tail position/strobe functionality on the rudder of the aircraft. The design addresses all the shortcomings of the existing line of competitive products and can synchronize its strobe with any of the AeroLEDs’ wingtip family of nav/strobe and nav/position/strobe products. Suntail does not require an external power supply and will retrofit the mounting footprint of legacy lighting.

SunTail™ was intended to meet or exceed all of the FAA requirements for certification.
