AeroMag is a powerful high-tech magnet assembly that fits around your oil filter to trap and hold steel particles against the inner wall of the filter canister. These are the particles that are missed by the standard aircraft filter. This results in fewer damaging wear particles recirculating in your oil, and prolonged engine life. Install is simple, and there are no moving parts.

AeroMag fits all Lycoming and Continental engine filters. For experimental aircraft only (FAA approval pending).

The difference between AM300 and the AM150 is that the AM300 is slightly taller (more powerful) than the AM150 , and some pilots find that the 300 is a bit too tall for the 912 or 912 ULS filter, so AeroMag designed the slightly shorter AM150 for that purpose.
