In close cooperation with McCreery Aviation, Power Flow Systems, Inc. has developed a new Tuned Exhaust System for the Aviat Husky. To get the best possible results required essentially a “clean-sheet” design to fit our system inside the tight confines of the Husky’s cowling while accommodating the necessary exhaust tube length for maximum performance.

PFS is pleased to announce that we have designed and tested an exhaust that meets all of our design parameters and delivers substantial improvements in the performance of the Aviat Husky. The exhaust and certification are currently planned for all Huskys configured with the O-360 engine.

With an installed base of over 3600 Power Flow equipped aircraft, we are confident that the performance gains realized with the test aircraft should represent the “average” aircraft.
