Creating a hard point in a composite laminated structure has never been easier. Simply drill a hole, prep the area, apply structural adhesive to the alodined, cleaned surface of the EZ-Point and snap into place. Simple and clean. For secondary structural applications, apply three plies of bid cloth to the area. Un-glassed samples were tested to fail- ure inexcess of 200lbs in shear.Glassed samples exceed- ed testing ability at over 500 lbs. Perfect for Adel clamps, trim and auto pilot servos, hydraulics, anything but primary structure. Available in 8-32, 10-32, 1/4 ­ 20, 1/4 ­ 28, your choice of locking, blind and studs. Used extensively in the installation of the Flesher 360 interior for the Lancair.
