ADI has designed and CNC machined "cluster style" 6061-t6 aluminum instrument mounting plates, to further enhance the ease of installation and professional look of your panel. It can be a difficult and time consuming process to "accurately" measure, layout and drill the needed holes required for gauge installation. These aluminum plates are relatively light weight after machining, (6) hole..(3.3 oz), (8) hole..(4.3 oz), and could very easily be inset into a fiberglass, or metal panel.... Or used as a template to facilitate an accurate layout of holes. ADI's instrument body and bezel design allows for a very close "stacking" arrangement in your panel.

ADI HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TRANSDUCER
The TDM2500 is a very high quality, highly accurate 4-20mA output transducer, 0-2500 psi, (2 ft)(2 wire) cable and has a 10-30 vdc input voltage. The transducer pressure cavity is machined from a solid piece of 17-4PH stainless steel. The standard version has a 1/4NPT pipe thread allowing a leak-proof all metal sealed system. ADI TYPE K THERMOCOUPLE
AD-2000tk is a 0-2000f degree Type K, thermocouple and is of the non-grounded case type required for use with the py60-a egt or cht temp gauge. This particular unit is approximately 12" long. Currently ADI is attempting to secure a supply of varying cable lengths (type k thermocouples), as well as the appropriate lead extending cable to further aid in the accuracy of your installation, which can be altered by a junction made within the engine compartment... And/or with the wrong extending cable conductor material.

ADI ELECTRONIC RELAY
The ER-1A electronic remote relay switch can be connected to, and controlled by the "external alarm" output signal of many of the gauges, and is used as an interposing relay to control the operation of larger, high current loads, with the normally open and normally closed relay contacts...which are rated at 10 amps. The supply voltage wire would be sized and appropriately fused for the load being switched...up to the rated 10a max. Examples of higher draw load items may include, but are not limited to, fuel transfer pumps, backup electric water pumps, or even radiator cooling fans. The input resistance of the control line signal is 10,000 ohms minimum, and a voltage of between +3.5 to +12 vdc can be used to switch the relay off and on. The ER-1A external relay is powered by 12 or 24 vdc and typically draws only .035 amps when switched on, and almost no power when switched off.

ADI DC AMMETER SHUNTS
The ADS-S shunts are 50mV rated. They are compatible with every other 50mV input ammeter, and are used with the AM60-A. The accuracy of these shunts is better than +/- 1/4% of the rated value by definition. A shunt is a resistor, and will generate heat with passage of current. Because of this, the resistance blades convectional flow of air. Where this mounting position is impractical, or where the shunt may be located in a small confined area, force cooling air may wish to be considered. Locations near your battery installation, and outside the cabin or engine compartment area are best. A good rule of thumb when sizing a shunt for your anticipated electrical load, is to limit proposed max amperage loads to approximately 66% of the shunt's rated.
