nylon design. Waterproof and windproof, it retains 80% of body
heat, its colored to be seen from more than 4 miles away (although
it measures just 4 x 7), its radar-reflective, and folds down
into a water-proof pouch 8-1/2" x 9", and weighs only
10 oz.
