Weathervane is made of 14 gauge steel and comes with a one year warranty on the finish and a lifetime warranty on all workmanship. A 3-step finishing process is used - First the unit is zinc plated for better adhesion and durability, then antique copper is baked on followed by a vein powder coat and a clear powder coat to protect against the UV rays. This provides a durable, scratch resistant finish. Sealed ball bearings are used in the windcups to keep them spinning freely with even the slightest breeze. The design tops are laser cut in one piece, minimizing welding. The Corsair weathervane is available in a garden, roof, deck, and post mount.
