Used headset credit will be applied to your Aircraft Spruce account which can then be used towards the purchase of a new headset over $750 value (only one used headset will be accepted towards the purchase of one of these new headsets). Used headset must be complete, having all accessories (listed below), and the unit must be in good cosmetic and working condition. Any unit not meeting this requirement may receive a lesser credit value or have the unit returned.

1. Contact customer service by calling 877-477-7823 or email us by clicking here. Inform them you would like us to buy back your used headset.
   
2. Customer Service will verify your account or give you a customer number, then give you an RMA number to use to ship back the used headset to Aircraft Spruce.
   
3. After we have received the used headset, we will verify that the unit is complete and in good cosmetic and working condition. Once verified, we will credit to your Spruce account the value of the used headset (listed below) less retail value of any replacement accessories required to make the unit "like new". Units with missing accessories will add delay to the credit process.
   
4. After credit is placed on your account, make the purchase of one of the qualified products and use the credit on account towards that purchase.
