The hexes are rotated 15 degrees from each other so by turning the wrench over or flipping it end-for-end you can easily find an orientation that allows you to get on the filter, even the tightest engine compartment. It's 6 inch overall length allows you to turn it tight locations, and the shorter length helps prevent over-tightening the filter during installation. |
