If selected by our panel of distinguished judges, then your photograph will appear on the cover of our 2008-2009 catalog. See rules below.

Terms and Conditions:
By participating in the Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co. catalog cover design contest, the participant agrees to all the terms and conditions set out below:
• Multiple submission is allowed
• All designs submitted as part of an entry shall become the sole and exclusive property of Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co.
• Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co. may elect not to use any submission photos on cover
• Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co. shall have the right to modify the designs from all entries.
• All decisions made by Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co. are final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co. accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss, injury, expense, delay or irregularity resulting from the participation.
• Participants shall ensure their respective design entries do not infringe any intellectual property rights and shall indemnify Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co. from and against all claims by third parties arising from a breach of this term.
