3rd SAT. - During cold or inclement weather the breakfast will be served inside the Hut. On more pleasant days, the option of outdoor seating will be presented. The menu includes bacon, eggs, and coffee, in addition to all the pancakes you can eat. Cost is usually about $4.00. Guests who fly in a homebuilt aircraft are entitled to one FREE breakfast. After the breakfast, circa 11a, there will be a fly-out, destination to be determined by the participants. OTHER THINGS OF INTEREST - Inside the Hut there will usually be one or more member projects to investigate. A Wright Cyclone R-1300 engine is on display as used on T-28A's, Grumman Ag-Cats and Sikorski S-55 helicopters. The 18 hole Table Mtn. Golf Course is within an easy walk (across the street). They have rental clubs and carts and are not usually overcrowded on Saturday mornings. |
