FLY-INs Event Calendar

We are happy to announce that the inaugural fuel efficiency event will be held at Meadow Lake airport near Colorado Springs, CO. Aircraft of less than 2001 pounds gross weight may participate. Advanced registration and contestant limits may be required to keep numbers manageable.

Fly in/weigh-in, day is May 31 and competition/weigh-out day is June 1. The countryside near 00V at that time of year will be gorgeous. Be informed that the field elevation of 00V is 6700 feet. For the airport website click here.

Burrall Sanders of Free Flight Composites will host the inaugural event. At Meadowlake airport, (Zero Zero Victor), which is near Colorado Springs, CO. Burrall plans to provide transportation and other great support. Rustic Camping is available with shower and bathroom at the field. Hotel/Motel can be obtained in Colorado Springs.
