The Adhesive Epoxy Pads are a non toxic, zero V.O.C., performance thermoplastic adhesive designed to adhere raised pavement markers to the concrete or asphalt surface. When heated with a propane heat torch, a Pad liquefies and fuses with the surface and the marker providing a bond that will last throughout the marker’s lifetime.
