I have received several orders the last several weeks. One contained a little card requesting how I felt about your companies service. Well, I lost the card but wanted to make a comment about how excellent your service continues to be. Of special interest to me is the outstanding way my purchased item are packaged. Being in the shipping/receiving area myself, it's not always easy to find staff that demonstrates the quality of packing and packaging necessary to prevent damaged to aircraft parts during shipping. Your staff has provided an excellent level of packing and protection on all shipments I've received. Please congratulate your shipping staff for me regarding the excellent manner in which they perform their duties. |

I recently completed my first homebuilt, a Zenith CH701. I ordered many items from Aircraft Spruce, spending thousands of dollars with your company. You had almost everything I needed for my airplane, sold those items at a fair price and shipped them promptly and without charging exorbitant shipping fees. For the few items that did not work out your return policy was fair and prompt. Please pass along my appreciation to the employees and management of Aircraft Spruce--you all run a fine company.
