You are responsible to determine the correct length of hoses for your aircraft. We have done our best to identify all the parts necessary to comply with the 5 year requirement, but not all airframes use the same types of hose fittings, lengths, crush washers, clamps, etc. Pay particular attention to your water circuit hoses, oil hoses, fuel line installation from the tanks to the pump and on to the carburetors.
Rotax does not supply a part, or specification, for fuel lines from the tanks to the fuel pump. According to the Installation Manual (899-643, Ed. 2/Rev. 0), Chapter 73-00-00 Paragraph 1.3: Fuel lines have to be established to the latest requirements such as FAR or EASA by the aircraft manufacturer. If you are operating a SLSA or LSA the aircraft manufacturer is required to provide a specification or source for fuel hoses from the tanks to the pump. The fuel hose listed below is C.A.R.B. compliant, rated for use with ethanol and is compatible for use in experimental aircraft only.
