Replaced my old seals that werre all cracked up and flacking. Highly recommend buying these and the head band. Super easy to change. On my 20yr old Lightspeed xl with anr. Its like brand new again

The parts fit perfectly. I didnt see how well they fit initially and peeled one ear piece off the fixtures to stick it on the headset. But for Earpiece #2 Id realized that the base of the cushion was hiding inside the headset and popped it out and the new one in. Both work fine, but a little instruction page might have been useful to enlighten me. Recommended.

No problem on removing old Ear Seals and installing new. Although a bit expensive but fast delivery.
