Is the Lightspeed Zulu .2 a TSO'd headset?
No, the Lightspeed Zulu .2 is not a certified headset. For general aviation a TSO is not required for a headset but some commercial airlines may require a TSO.
Can ComPriority be disabled on this headset thereby not lowering the volume on the music during transmissions?
Per the manual, you can turn ComPriority on or off by the bottom most controller button.
