Q: Does this Superflite cotton reinforcing tape have an adhesive back?

Per Vendor: No, part # 09-17000 is a non-sticky back tape. It's more of a cotton tape. Typically woven between the wing ribs of airplanes like Cub and Champs (those with flimsier ribs) to keep them straight during the covering process. If he wants something with a sticky back, hell want the reinforcement tape that one is like masking tape with fiberglass woven into it. Its typically used as an anti-chafe tape or as a rib reinforcement to keep the fabric from tearing while riveting or rib stitching the wings.

Q: How many yards are in the roll of 1/2 twill tape?

It is 36 yards.

Q: Is this white? Can it be used for sewing projects??

It is white, maybe a little off white. We don't have data showing it can be used for sewing projects, it is typically woven between ribs when covering the aircraft.
