MAGNUM 72 HR RESCUE LASER FLARE
Well made item. This is the second one Ive owned. The only shortcoming Ive noticed is that the siting ring rotates. Therefore you might want to place alignment marks on the ring and body of the unit once you confirm that the fan shaped beam is oriented correctly. Easy to do: just shine the laser beam on a wall & twist siting ring until they align, then mark it.
Very tidy well made looking unit. The output is intense and with a fan shaped beam has to be visible for a long long way. We had it at 5nm last night and on the edge of a city with all its lights but there was no mistaking the laser flare against the back drop. End use is in a grab bag for a solo ocean yacht race. It if goes bad Ill be zapping over flying aircraft in hope they look down. I have checked, it wont blind the drivers. Nice unit with a happy purchaser.
