Reviews

This was my second try at a USB charger. I can’t comment to the lack of amps. It seemed to charge up my iPad Mini fine but that was all that was plugged in. The good thing is that it had ZERO radio interference. Also I like that I can plug another cigarette style plug into the end, the angled usb plugs work well for my set up as well.

The USB ports on the side work great keeping my recharging wires in the proper place while flying. Im not bending them to keep them close to the instrument panel and out of the way of the flight controls anymore.

Good layout for my application but the outboard USB port stopped working in less than a year.

Very disappointing, this one is going back. This is about the 4th or 5th different USB power adapter I have bought trying to find a good one. This is not a good one, it does not have enough power to maintain my iPad mini. My battery went from 95% to 75% in 60 minutes while plugged in. Does not matter which port. The physical port arrangement is good for wire routing but thats about it. A 24V cigarette lighter socket has tons of power, why cant anyone make a decent high power USB adapter?
