These McCauley De-Ice Brush Clusters from Rapco are FAA-PMA approved
Brush Clusters for McCauley Brush Blocks Brush cluster replacements for McCauley block assemblies. They come with brushes, springs, leads and terminals all attached to an aluminum mounting bracket. There are either two or three carbon brushes per cluster depending on the part number. When ordering, it is important to remember that there is one block assembly per engine, and two brush clusters are required for each block assembly. One of the phenolic buttons (on bottom of spring) was slightly larger than the recess in the brush block holder. Required delicate rework to make assembly fit properly.
