WITTMAN W-10 TAILWIND
 

(Click image for a larger view)		 Introduced at the first EAA fly-in 1953, Tailwind was designed and built by legendary designer and air racer Steve Wittman. This high performance homebuilt is constructed with a steel tubing fuselage, wood wings, and fabric covering. It offers exceptional cruising speeds and is economical to operate and maintain.

Aircraft Spruce acquired the rights to the Tailwind in January 1996 and is currently the exclusive distributor for plans and materials kits. Complete information package and materials list is available.
