ShockStraps™ are a unique shock absorbing tie down that incorporates three of the most versatile tie down principals into one superior system. It is quick and easy like a motorcycle tie down but for your aircraft, have the reliability of a ratchet system and versatility of a shock cord.
Shock Absorbing Strong Tie Down Which incorporates a ShockStrap™ that when stretched maintains tension on the webbing, locking it into the buckle. When road vibrations cause loads to shift and settle, other tie downs can loosen and become unsafe. Under these conditions, the ShockStrap™ stretches acting like a shock absorber and contracts with the load keeping it secure. |

I recently met you at the EAA Fly In at Oshkosh,WI, where I purchased two Shockstraps for my airplane . That same day I traded out may rope tie downs with the new Shockstraps right before a thunderstorm moved over the airport !!! As I watched the wind increase, I wondered how well all of the other airplanes were secured to the ground… With my Shockstraps in place, I knew where my airplane would be after the storm !!! Safe and Secure !! Truly an Outstanding Product !! Thanks Fred ! Ken, Maule Pilot in Arkansas
Picked up two 10 straps at Oshkosh 2015, Over this past weekend I was at a buddies ranch with 40Kts winds, secure the plane down, not a problem at all, Once the spring tension was set, the wings stayed in place. Not as before with rope tie-downs or ratched tie-downs of past. Great product. period. The product works and I dont have to worry about my plane moving around. Thanks again.
