Internet	I want to report to you that I had a very satisfying experience buying some items for my J Model Bonanza at the Aircraft Spruce ® counter at AirVenture last week. There was a clerk behind the counter that helped me with a dead battery when I was trying to depart Oshkosh. I had ordered a battery to be shipped to me and when I tried to start the airplane, the battery I had was dead.
