Kelly ignition harness incorporate a negative-pitch spring design (the tip of the coil spring extends inward) allowing the coil spring tip to lie flat against the spark plug electrode, providing 360 degreee contact. Kelly ignition harnesses are FAA/PMA approved for Lycoming, Continental and Franklin engines.

Q: Is this per magneto (1) or per engine (2)?

This is two sets of harness leads, one for each mag.

Q: Is the KA12120 for 6 or 4 cylinders? According to the reference it is for 6 cylinders, but the pic shows 4 tips

This is for 6-cylinder, aeio-540-d4a5, 25 degree of lag s6-20/s6-200 series mag. The photo is a stock image of the Kelly ignition harness series which is why it only shows 4 leads, but this is actually for 6 cylinders.
