Q: I already own this Garmin GA 27C antenna. Is it compatible with the Aera 660?

Yes, this antenna can be used with the aera 660.

Q: Is the Garmin GA 27C MCX remote GPS antenna a WAAS antenna?

No, this is just a GPS antenna. For WAAS you can view the GA 35 p/n: 11-09701.

Q: What is the difference in the GA 26C and the GA 27C? I will be using it with the Area 660

The difference between the GA26c and the GA27c are the connectors:
GA 26C - 8 feet of cable and BNC connector
GA27C - MCX Connection

Q: I am buying an Aera 660 and a GDL 51 - should I buy a GA 26C or GA 27C antenna?

Part # 11-00052 is the MCX connector that allows for it to connect to either unit.

Q: Does the 660 replace the capability of the 696 and receive XM radio and weather? Garmin no longer provides technical support of the 696 which was perfect for my needs. I need to know if the power cord plug for 696 is compatible with the 660. My PA32 was wired so I can use my 696 on an as needed basis. Once plugged in it communicated with my WAAS 430 and the XM reciever and the 696 provided in-flight entertainment. Does the 660 provide the same compatibility?

The 660 can replace the 696. However, it will require a new bare wire cradle to have the same functions you currently have. For the XM receiver you will need a separate unit such as the GDL51 which connects to the 660 for XM capability.

Q: Will this Garmin GA 27C antenna pick up ADSB TIS-B uplink data and Air-to-Air ADSB data, or is it just a GPS antenna?

This antenna is a GPS antenna only. No ADS-B signal will be received.

Q: Will this Garmin GA 27C work with the 760?

Yes, it will work with the 760.
