Deluxe Kits FAA/PMA kits include rotor, coupler, external spline, bushing, blades, nut, cushion washer and band gaskets. Washer and gaskets not included on 200CC kits. Installation instructions included.
The parts that I needed were not in the kit. So I returned it and ordered an overhauled vac pump from Aircraft Spruce.
Per the manufacturer, the Airborne Vacuum Pump Repair Kits do not come with a service manual, overhaul instructions or a yellow tag. For aircraft repairs it is recommended to use an A&P mechanic.
