These flanges are made from .063" 6061-0 aluminum.
No, they are a straight tube flange for ducting.
The flange dimension is the O.D. of the flat part that sits flush with the mounting surface, and the ducting dimension is the I.D. of the air duct to be attached to the unit.

The 10350 flanges do not have any surface treatment on them.
