Product (Aviation) - The 71434 Series LED (Light Emitting Diode) instrument post light assemblies are designed to illuminate the instrument panel and function as instrument mounting bolts. They are a high quality, long lasting modern alternatives to standard incandescent post lights.

Benefits of upgrading to LED technology include: Long Life (approx. 20,000 hours); Reduced Power Consumption (compared to conventional light sources); Shock & Vibration Resistance (no fragile filament to burn out); Light Color & Temperature (produces bright, crisp light); and No EMI or RFI Interference.

Model 71434 is identical to the 71450 without the connector nut. Both are available in Black and Grey. 14V version available with White LED, 28V version with White or Red. Made to replace existing A350 and A350CN assemblies.

Yes, these post lights are dimmable.

Yes the LED post lights would need to have a pulse width modulated dimmer switch to operate as LEDs do not dim in a linear fashion like the incandescent assemblies.

Q: What is the difference between the long and short 14v white LED post lights?

The threaded length is the main difference between the two, short is 1" and long is 1-1/2".
