Q: RE AEROLEDS Pulsar N Strobe Lights Part Number 11-15999 Do I understand the data sheet correctly? It appears that each wingtip light only requires one wire (plus a ground I assume) running to a 12 volt (nominal) circuit breaker and switch.

Each light only requires a power lead to be routed. The ground can be pulled off of a negative ground frame or routed to a ground bus.

Q: The title of this item suggests that it also has strobe lights. Is this the case or are they strictly navigation lights?

These have nav lights and a strobe.

Q: Regarding the AeroLEDs Pulsar N: Is there a separate wire for the Nav and one for the strobe? I would like to turn the Strobes off without turning the Nav lights off. Is that possible?

These do not have a separate wire for each function.
