I prefer this gasket as it has the holes for the 2 studs. It can be put in place on the engine and stays in position due to these 2 mounting holes.

Ordered two of these and both were brittle and broke while being installed with the mag. The shop that overhauled the magneto sent one with the same part number and it did not tear and was flexible. I may have got an old batch but I was not happy with these two.
