My Hartzell propeller required overhaul due to leaking seals in the prop hub. I was told by the repair facility and the manufacturer that changes may have been made to the Aeroshell 6 grease formula which may have caused degradation to the seals and that NYCO Grease GN 3058 was a better choice and was now recommended by the manufacturer.

Havent used the grease tube yet but this is the NEW grease Hartzel used in my recent prop service/reseal, the shop gave me some from their 5 gallon bucket as a sample and it seems way more stable than the previous Aeroshell 5 or 6. Glad Spruce is selling it so I can service my prop with a grease gun.
