The part number on Aircraft Spruce matched up perfectly with my Cessna Parts Manual. The screw attaches the window bracket to the window. It was a perfect fit and I was very pleased with the cost and the fast shipping!! Great Job guys! Thank you.

Q: What does the R in example AN525-10R24 screw stand for? Are all AN525 screws the high tensile strength of 125,000b?

The R stands for Recessed (Phillips) Head Steel Screw.
Steel Spec: High Tensile Strength of 125,000 PSI
Alloy Spec: High Tensile Strength of 62,000 PSI

Q: Are these AN525 washers stainless steel?

No, these are made of cadmium plated steel.

Q: Are these rustproof? Or at least resistant?

The AN525-832R4 are cad plated, which would resist rust until it eventually wears off.

Q: What nylock type nuts would fit these?

Q: Are they are structural screw? Can I use them for seat rails?

They are high strength/structural. You would need to verify the correct screws per your parts manual.
