Yes, these screws are threaded the entire length.

Q: Is the length of the MS24693 screw measured as the entire length including head or only thread?

The MS24694 countersunk screw length is measured from the top of screw head to the bottom of the screw.

Q: Is the MS24693-C28 screw magnetic?

Yes, they are a little magnetic. Not as magnetic as CAD plated steel screws.

Q: Are these screws silver or gold? There are two pics showing both colors

Cadmium plated are gold in color. Stainless are silver. That is why there are two different colors shown.
