Great product, We use it almost exclusively for sealing gaskets. Or even just to hold them on during assembly. I love the brush in the cap. Each one of my techs have one on their box.

Q: I bought a 4oz container of what is labeled as Permatex Aviation Form-A-Gasket Sealant Liquid It does not say #3. Is it the same compound as the larger container pictured (16oz) which does say #3 on the label?

Correct, there is not a #3 labeled on the 4 oz bottle. We did confirm with the supplier that this is the correct #3H as they verified on the master case it came in and also cross referencing #80019 in which is labeled on the bottle.

Q: What is the shelf life of Permatex3?

3-1/2 years

Q: What is the difference in Permatex Aviation Form-A- Gasket 1 v 2 v 3?
