Reviews

If you purchased THERMO-TEC ALUMINIZED HEAT BARRIER - ADHESIVE BACKED its a MUST to USE this spray adhesive. If it is going to last I dont know. But, It did make a good job to keep the Thermo-Tec glued in place (Cowling). NOT like the adhesive-backed.

Q: What is the maximum temperature this product is rated? Is it rated to attach aluminized heat barriers by Thermo-Tec inside engine compartments to mount the barriers to the cowl? It says flammable on it, is it flammable after it has dried under the barrier?

The gasses it is compressed with inside the can are flammable. Once it is dry it is not flammable. The temperature it is good to is 150 degrees but being behind the heat barrier like it is designed for it will be fine as long as no conductive heat is happening behind it.
