The credit fails to include the postage costs. I have sent 2 previous emails on this subject with no clarification as to why the postage costs have not been credited, after all the service was in my mind not used. I have been using Aircraft Spruce for the last 10 + years no problems until now. Still waiting on some clarification to my email. This order has been ordinary to say the least.
